Symbiosis Co-mentoring

Symbiosis is our unique intergenerational co-mentoring programme that brings together younger and older adults 18+ in a reciprocal learning relationship in a nature-based environment.
Rather than a traditional top-down mentoring model, Symbiosis creates a space where both people learn, teach and grow,  dissolving hierarchy and strengthening community connection.
Our mentoring programme has two important features:
Each participant is both a ‘learner’ and a ‘teacher’ participating in a reciprocal exchange of knowledge, stories and experiences.
Our session activities are also inspired by, or held in nature which is a positive and non-hierarchical learning space.
